Cancellation Policy

15+ Days Before Event = Full Refund 8–7 Days Before Event = 50% of your deposit will be refunded. This timeframe covers planning already completed and the date being held exclusively for your event. We may have turned down other bookings, so a partial fee applies. 0–7 Days Before Event = NO REFUND; We may have turned down other bookings to secure your date. Additional Policy Details • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 48 hours before the original date at no extra charge, subject to availability. • Weather: For outdoor events, if severe weather forces a cancellation, we'll work with you to reschedule at no cost. • No-Shows: If we arrive and the venue is inaccessible or the host is not present within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the full amount is due. • Equipment: Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment during the event beyond normal wear and tear. • Travel Fees: Travel fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
