TJ's Mobile Karaoke | Effective: April 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your booking of karaoke entertainment services ("Services"). By accessing this site, submitting a booking inquiry, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
TJ's Mobile Karaoke provides mobile karaoke entertainment including on-site hosting, equipment setup and operation, and karaoke jockey (KJ) facilitation. All staff remain on-site for the full duration of each event.

2. SERVICE AREA
Services are available within approximately two (2) hours of Gloucester County, NJ, including Greater Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. Travel beyond this range may incur an additional fee confirmed prior to booking.

3. BOOKING & AVAILABILITY
- Available days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no booking may extend past 7:00 PM)
- Maximum session: 4 hours per booking
- Minimum lead time: 5 days required for all bookings
- Additional time on the day of the event is available only if confirmed on-site by TJ's Mobile Karaoke staff

4. PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is due no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. Failure to remit payment by this deadline may result in automatic cancellation without refund of any deposit previously collected.

Accepted payment methods: Square (credit/debit), Afterpay, Sezzle (up to $2,500), Zip Pay.

All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. TJ's Mobile Karaoke does not store full card numbers.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- 15 or more days before the event: Full refund
- 8–14 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit; remaining amounts non-refundable
- 0–7 days before the event: No refund; all amounts forfeited

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@tjsmkaraoke.com. The cancellation date is determined by the date written notice is received.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the venue has access to standard electrical outlets suitable for karaoke equipment
- Provide accurate event address and on-site contact person at time of booking
- Ensure a safe environment for staff and equipment throughout the event

7. EQUIPMENT & INSURANCE
TJ's Mobile Karaoke carries active business and equipment insurance. We are not liable for venue electrical failures, acts of God, or damage caused by the client or event attendees.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TJ's Mobile Karaoke's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the applicable booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — BINDING ARBITRATION
ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Gloucester County, New Jersey. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. By booking, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

11. MODIFICATIONS
TJ's Mobile Karaoke may update these Terms at any time. Updates are posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or Services constitutes acceptance.
